Dr. Uccellini recently retired as Director of the National Weather Service and NOAA’s Assistant Administrator for Weather Services. He previously served as the Director of NCEP the National Centers for Environmental Prediction for 14 years and is the Permanent US Representative at the World Meteorological Organization.
