Hurricane Michael

On October 10, 2018, Hurricane Michael made landfall near Mexico Beach, Florida, and became the first Category 5 hurricane to make landfall in the contiguous United States since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. The storm devasted communities in the Florida Panhandle and portions of southeastern Alabama and southwestern Georgia. Join us as we discuss experiences, perspectives, lasting impacts, and how the area is recovering five years later.
