“I always think that remaining flexible is good and trying to always understand the other person’s point of view. I think about what concepts people are talking about, not necessarily the words, but the concepts they’re trying to portray and focus on that high level. Those are the kind of things that I learned from. I always try to remember that I learned far more from my mistakes than from any successes I ever had. When things don’t go your way, stop, and take a little bit of time to think about what went wrong. What did I learn from this? Because then you won’t do it again and it’s something well worth thinking about. It’s also important to remember that you’re doing something that’s very special and that very few people are doing it.”
